Akreditasi berlaku selama 5 (lima) tahun yaitu Volume 5 Nomor 1 Tahun 2018 sampai Volume 9 Nomor 2 Tahun 2022. 148/M/KPT/2020 tertanggal 3 Agustus 2020 dapat dilihat disini. Saat ini JuTISI telah Terakreditasi Peringkat 4 SINTA. Sertifikat Akreditasi JuTISI oleh KEMENRISTEK/BRIN No. JuTISI diterbitkan dalam 3 edisi setiap tahun mulai pada tahun 2015, yaitu pada bulan: April, Agustus, dan Desember. Jurnal ini merupakan penggabungan dari Jurnal Teknik Informatika dan Jurnal Sistem Informasi yang terbit terakhir pada tahun 2014.
